By accessing or using the Odly platform ("Service") at odly.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Odly provides an AI-powered communication platform that consolidates email, Telegram, Slack, and other channels into a unified inbox with automated routing, AI-suggested replies, and knowledge base management.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at team@odly.ai.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to send spam
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Access the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party terms
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Gmail, Telegram, Slack, Jira, and others) at your direction. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those platforms. Odly is not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Odly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
