Admin Guide

Billing & usage

Everything an admin needs to run the money side of Odly: what you pay, how to read the Subscription page, how the 14-day trial works, where usage and limits live, add-ons and overage, invoices, and exactly what happens when a plan lapses. Pricing is flat — a single price per workspace, never per seat and never per resolution.
AdminYou need the manage-subscription permission to change plans, add-ons, or payment methods.
Plans & the subscription page

1 · Your plan & what you pay

One flat price per workspace. There is no per-seat charge and no per-resolution charge — the number you see is the number you pay.

PlanPrice / month
Free€0
Starter€150
Pro€500
Enterprise Cloud€1,000
Self-hosted€3,000
Billing only appears on managed cloud. If you run Odly self-hosted, there is no paywall — the €3,000 line is the self-hosted plan itself, not an in-app charge.

2 · Reading the Subscription page

Open Settings → Subscription for the single source of truth on your account.

It shows:

  1. Plan name & type, the price and interval, and the enabled features on your plan.
  2. Status — one of active trialing past due cancelled expired.
  3. Trial-end and next-billing dates, so you always know what happens next and when.
  4. This month's usage vs limits for Users (agents), Integrations (channels), Messages, and AI calls — each shown as used / limit plus a percentage.

3 · Trial & no card required

A 14-day trial gives you the full managed experience — no card needed to start.

  1. Start free. No card is required to begin the trial.
  2. Adding a card changes nothing during the trial. If you add one via the onboarding checkout, nothing is charged while the trial runs — it simply converts automatically on day 14.
  3. The clock starts at onboarding, not signup. The 14-day countdown is set when you finishonboarding.
Hitting Finish later during onboarding keeps your original expiry — it does not reset or extend the trial.
Usage, add-ons & invoices

4 · Usage, limits & 80% alerts

The Usage Stats page turns raw consumption into something you can act on before you hit a wall.

You get:

  1. Summary cards — total used, included, overage, and estimated overage cost.
  2. A daily trend you can view over 7, 30, or 90 days.
  3. A per-AI-module breakdown, plus CSV export for your own reporting.
  4. Alerts at ~80% of any limit, so you can upgrade or add capacity before you run out.
Want per-model token detail? Analytics & Statistics → Token Usage (Org-Admin only) tracks tokens — prompt / completion / total — per feature, provider, and model. That is separate from the AI-calls quota, which counts calls, not tokens. Token tracking is best-effort and starts at deploy — there is no backfill of earlier usage.

5 · Add-ons & overage

Scale AI capacity without changing plans by attaching AI-module add-ons.

On the Pricing page, each AI-module add-on lists a monthly fee, its included units, and an overage price per unitfor anything beyond what's included.

  1. Add or remove add-ons right on the Pricing page.
  2. Upgrades go through Stripe Checkout — a secure hosted payment step.

6 · Invoices & payment methods

Everything payment-related lives in Stripe's own portal.

Billing & Invoices opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can update your card and download invoices.

When a plan lapses

7 · What happens when a trial or paid plan lapses

Nothing shuts off the instant a payment fails — but AI does change how it runs.

  1. Grace period first. Access continues through a short grace period (default 7 days past the period end) while the account is past due.
  2. Then it drops toward Free. After the grace period, the org falls back toward the Free plan.
  3. Managed AI falls back to bring-your-own-key. Because Free never includes managed AI, managed AI automatically switches to BYO key once you're no longer on a paid or trial plan.
To keep AI running after a lapse, add your own provider key in Settings → AI. Without a paid/trial plan and without your own key, AI features stop.
